Hello

I have a problem as When we do not have a Rate Record for the perticular origin and Destination then we have to Add cost manually and create a spot rates for that. But i m not able to create the spot rates. Process which i follow is as below

1 Click in Quote
2 Fill all the details in Identification Tab
3 We have to Select Involved Party in Involved Parties Tab
4 In Quote Request we have to enter Orgin Location Id and Destination Location ID
5 Fill Shipping Information
6 In Cost option We have to click on Manully add cost option
7 We have to types of shipment here Sell and Buy. In Sell click on add
8 We have to check a rate record for the service provider. If we have a valid rate record then we can easily have a Rate tab and we can get that rate. But if we do not have rate record we have to enter the rates. So when we click on Create Spot Rate It shows a error that No Spot Rate Offering is there
I m not able to create it.

Hi, I think you will find that the service provider assigned to the cost option must have a rate offering of type SPOT defined for this spot rate record to be created. You probably do not have that set up and hence are getting that message.
