Master Bol

Once the shipment is created for air or ocean in the smart links we haven a option to view Master BOL .

In the Master Bol Screen i am not able get the shipper consignee vessel operator feilds rest all are get filled .

Please help

Can you confirm that you have a Involved Party Location on your shipment with a qualifier of shipper and consignee. Can you tell me where you are populating vessel operator in the application?

I am not 100% sure where that Smartlink is pulling the data from within the database. You could always try turning on the SQL and UIC components of the log and after you have run the smartlink, take a look at the SQL that is being generated.

If you can interpret that, it will tell you exactly where OTM is pulling the fields that in your data are "missing".
