How do we create a New NFRC

One way to create it is from the JOB .

i want to create an NFRC and link it to the order release before the job is created is that possible .

When looking at NFRC shipments you must first define rules in which these shipments are created. Understanding that the NFRC will be part of the Job or Quote so the NFRC can not be created until your job or quote is created. You can defined rules if you desire to create the NFRC based on order release rules. If you properly define your rules then you can use a agent action to then create the NFRC after job created but not before. I hope this helps.
