specific modules in OTM freight forwarding

Dear All,

In the Brokerage and Forwarding module of OTM, is it possible that the Agent network can be build in a robust manner. Regarding the Job , consol management are the industry standards/practices are met. Also, what could be the way OTM can handle the document generation stuff.

Can anyone give me some insights on the above.

Regards,
Murthy
