Hi Experts,
Can we bypass the process of tendering and accepting the tendering in shipment creation.

We want the status type "SECURE RESOURCES" to be updated with value "SECURE RESOURCES_ACCEPTED" whenever a new shipment is created.

Can we have an automation agent to do this. Can anybody give me some other ideas if it can solve this.

Yes, it can be easily done with automation agent

Event: shipment created
Action:
secure resources
accept tender

You do not need an agent to do this. I can not locate the information in help but you can change the tender types on the transport modes to PickUp Notification rather then tendering. There is also auto secure resource under Business Process Automation.

Look under Business Process Automation>Power Data> Event Management>Workflow Parameters you can change Tender Modes for Transport Type there.
