Chartered Vessel - Shipment Time not computing

Hi,
We are trying a scenario of TL-OCEAN-TL with the ocean leg executed by a chartered vessel.

We are facing a peculiar problem of OTM not considering the schedules defined in Chartered Voyage schedule when using VESSEL-CH transportation mode. It is planning with the start time of ocean leg as the arrival time of the preceding TL shipment. In addition, the Transit time is not being taken from the chartered vessel schedule. Transit time is displayed as 0 minutes.

If we change the transportation mode from VESSEL-CH to VESSEL-CO, then the same works perfectly fine.

If anyone else has faced a similar issue, pls provide some inputs.

Thanks in advance.

Rgds--

Re: Chartered Vessel - Shipment Time not computing

Hi
Did you marked vessel leg as primary leg in the itinerary .By doing so the order constraint will be applicable on that leg , hence the timing for the preleg shipment will not have impact on the vessel leg shipment.
