Hi,

I got strucked while defining the secondary charge rules. Could any one help me out in this case.

Secondary charge rules should be defined in the below fashion:
If the Criteria Service provider is "XYS" then
Sec charge rule "PPP" should not work
It should work for all the remaining service providers.

I can understand your requirement....not sure how to solve it... It would have been easy if "service provider profile" is given as a criteria rather "Service Provider" for Secondary Charge Rule definition.

Please let me know , if you have any workaround.
