Hi,

I was trying to create order movements. I have taken an Itinerary from Location A to Location B.

and my order is from Location C to Location B.

Also I have defined a lane and rate distance from Location C to Location A and from Location A to Location B.

But when I am clicking on create Order movment, then system picks up the Itinerary from Lane Location C to Location B itself.

Please let me know the correct way of doing this.

Hi,

I am able to create the order movements by defining two legs in the itinerary i.e C---A & A---B. However when I see the order movements the in both the movements Location A is not reflecting i.e in OM-1 Dest location is appearning as blank, while in OM-2 Pick-up location is appearing as blank, Please let me know why the location from where the second leg is started is not appearing.

Second question here, I am not able to create any shipment for the order movement OM-2. I am getting this error:

planning.diag.NoShipmentsBuiltForOrderMonementBund le.


Pls let me know the reason for this as well.

I undergone the same issue that the destination of 1st OM and the origin of the 2nd OM are blank. you can specify a location profile included Location A on the leg setting page , Or you need check if the role of Location A is same as the role of the Leg.
The second issue I think you need to make sure if the service time is feasible for the buy shipments

Hi Kevin,

Did u mean about the field in itinerary. If so, I am not using the location role option in the itinerary leg settings.

I have not considered any delivery date so any service time feasibility is out of question in my case.
