Hi :

We are using CU2 RU5.

We create some manual order releases in OTM. There are some order release references that are mandatory for our accounting purposes (like JOB NUMBER, JOB TYPE etc.,). Is there a way in OTM to set-up these references as mandatory - so that user cannot create manual orders without filling these data ?

It requires customisation of its corresponding JSPx or XSLs. Remove the drop down list and add as many as text boxees needed with labels and make the required tag to "Y" in customisation page.

1. You need to Figure out the XSLs or JSPx related with order release.
2. Find out the template that is related with the reference qualifiers
3. Try to modify that particular template from dropdown to text box (Dont forget to hardcode the qualifier id so that the value captured in that text box is related to that id)

U can go through templates inside XSL and familiarize so that you will get an idea about how to modify.
