No commitment counts or allocations have been found

Hi, dear all.

We have an issue with related commitment counts after shipment creation (any way: via bulk plan, direct, SRO, manual). So, created shipment is not connected to entered commitment counts. Message "No commitment counts or allocations have been found" appears instead of, when I click on "View related capacity commitment" smartlink option.

I've checked all setups several times (all I'd found both in metalink, and on-line help). But I might have missed something.

So, dear community, what can be the source of issue?

With the best regards, Sergey (Moscow)

Re: No commitment counts or allocations have been found

As I understood, the reason is: Equipment Group is not populated into Planned Shippment, even if Equipment Group has been set manually into Order Release Constraints.

If I try to assign Equipment Group to Shipment manually, action faults, and log provides message:

"Error Exception java.lang.NullPointerException"
"Error Planning Unable to load TEquipmentGroup for equipmentGroupPK: null [RMICallHandler-28]"

What can be the source of this?
