Hi ,

I am able to creat a quote with cost options on it but when i tried to use the option"Convert quote to order" from the actions i am not able to create order release .

It gives a erro msg "java.nullpointerexception"

Please do help me in understanding the use of Quote check box in the Rate record when i enable this check box the rate record is not getting displayed when i tried to create the quote .

I seem to remember needing to change the QUOTE USES RIQ ROUTE planning parameter to TRUE on the domain's default planning set. See if this makes a difference for you.

Hi Joe,

Its still not working i have a couple of question regarding quote .

1) There is option called Customer specifc in the Quote option . please let me know hpw it work i thought it spefic to the domain but its not working that way for me

2) In the rate record there is Check BOX Quote whats it for when i select it and qurey for rate its not picking the Rates from that rate recoed .
