I am facing a typical issue. Whenever i run a Rate Equiry for two locations after i check the Quote check box in the Rate Record for these two locations the Rate Equiry says

"Warning
No Rate Offering Matched
Sorry, we have found no rate offering that matches your inquiry"

On the other hand if i uncheck the Quote check box in the Rate Record and then re-run the Rate Enquiry for these two locations then it is giving a perfect result.

I am working on OTM 5.5 CU4. Kindly suggest a way out for this situation.

We have also experienced the same and I suspect it as a bug as the purpose of Quote Checkbox in Rate record is for using the Rate Record in Quoting and not to do anything with Rate Enquiry.

I suggest you to check with Metalink team on the same.
