Whenever a user ID is mentioned in "Location - Communication & Remarks Tab", the same location(to which the user ID is attached to) gets listed in the "Involved Party Location" field, in the "involved Parties" tab in an Order release.

Can somebody explain what is the relationship between these involved party location and user ID ?

NOTE: If user ID is not mentioned in the location, then that location never gets listed, when queried at involved party location

Hi pradeep
You can use the user ID for communication via message center... If you mention the user id in location and appear on Communication & Remarks tab, it implies all the user's are somehow related to this location and they can be communicated via various means.
