Is there a parameter to adjust for OTM to consider the routing rule setup for a lane...

if so what is that parameter..

Hi,

Please refer to the order mgmt > order release > routing rule / detail and inquiry ....

the help explains this is detail ... but we are not able to use this in planning shipments ..

Your question is not clear to me as well.

Routing rules are not used to plan shipments. They merely update order releases upon creation based on configurable criteria.

In short, it allows OTM to automatically designate (via Automation Agent Action: Assign Order Routing Rule) any/all of Service Provider, Mode, Payment Method and Rate Service to an Order Release, based on From-To plus other criteria (Min/Max Transit Days and Min/Max Volume/Weight).

From-To criteria could be
- all (Enterprise) + Lane
- Source Location/Profile (Organization) + Lane
- Destination Corporation (Customer) + Lane
- Destination Location/Profile (Customer Site) + Lane
