Same OR ShipUNit from Different OB...may be...

Hello All,
We still known the answer...but we try anywhere....
It's possibile generate 1 OR ship Unit from OB lines coming from different Order bases??

From DB structure seems not...from OTM doc seems not, from action seems not...but from a logical point of view the request it's not so strange....perhaps
