Hi,

I faced a problem while building a shipment for a charter voyage.

i adopted the following sequence of operation.

First a charter voyage is created and a consol is created for the charter voyage. Shipment is then created from the consol.
this is then followed by rate offering and rate record. itinerary is then built for the scenario, followed by an order base and an order release.
when the order release is planned for shipment, an error message of " Itineraries could not be found for the order base no." appeared in the log.
Even, when the order release is manually moved to an existing shipment (created from consol), same error message appeared.

however shipments could be built if itineraries were built before releasing shipment from consol?

is it mandatory that Itineraries should be built before creating a shipment from a consol in a charter voyage?

Also, Itinerary ID is not reflected in the charter voyage shipment. Only Leg ID is shown in the charter voyage shipment. But Itinerary ID is shown in other modes like TL, LTL and Voyage schedule.
