Has any one had experience with creating agent to link order_release to empty shipment ? order_base does not exist in our current configuration.

There is an agent action to link order_base to shipment. We are considering to first create order_base with the same information that created order_release, do the one to one release, then creating the agent using this agent action to link order_base to shipment.

Hi - there is a standard data type assocation to link a shipment to an order release (when defining a shipment automation agent) and similarly a standard data type assocation to link an order release to a shipment (when defining an order release automation agent).

Thanks for the reply. The standard data type association for "SHIPMENT TO ORDER RELEASE" and Action "MOVE ORDER TO SHIPMENT" only allows moving one order to one shipment at a time. We would like see if any public agent action has already been defined similar to the "link order_base to shipment", so we can pass shipment ID on each order_release as order_release refrence, and let the agent do the search and force link each order_release to the associated shipment.
