Bulk plan exploring existing shipment map

Does bulk plan explore shipments that are already planned and not tendered in the system to review existing consolidation opportunties while planning new orders? If this process is not automatic, is there a way by which this requirement can be configured. Thanks.

Re: Bulk plan exploring existing shipment map

Bulk plan first un-assign all the shipments from all order releases selected for planning - it is like deleting all shipments first and then planning order releases new i.e. from scratch.

Via bulk plan, I don't think system will review previous shipments for consolidation opportunities.

If you to move new order releases into old shipments, it can only be done manually via action (Buy shipments> assign to selected shipment action). This action will move OR into already created shipment only if OD pair is same and time window is honored.

Thumbs up Re: Bulk plan exploring existing shipment map

Thanks for your reply. Do you think the option to perform agent action 'insert order' work? This could then be automatic thorugh data query.
