We are having an issue where bulk planning is creating shipments for itineraries having dummy service provider. Ideally it should not pick the shipments having itineraries of dummy service provider as rate records will not be there for dummy service provider.

Hi Srikanth,

Please check whether you are populating 'Rate Record ID/ Rate Offering ID' fields in the itinerary leg?

How are you linking itineraries to a dummy service provider? If it is via 'service provider profile ID' in itinerary leg, then cross check its details. There might be some valid service provider mentioned there.
