Does anyone else notice an issue where OTM ignores the Buy Service Provider constraint on the constraints tab of the order release? Even though I have this filled out with a valid carrier, OTM seems to just ignore it. If anybody has any ideas on this please let me know! Thanks... for now I have an agent updating the shipment to the correct service provider but it'd be nice to know why this isn't working.

For OTM planning engine to consider "Constraints" mentioned in the order release, make sure respective "itinerary leg" should be marked as 'PRIMARY'.

Only primary legs honor constraints mentioned in constraints Tab.
