Hi :

We have an Order Release that has been planned on a Multi-leg shipment with 2 shipment IDs. The 2 shipments have 2 different Carriers and Transport Modes.
For the 2nd leg, the actual Shipment had taken place with a different Carrier than what OTM planned. When we try to change the Carrier now with the Actual one, we are getting an error

"Error creating Stop Order Bundle for Shipment "

I believe OTM is trying to replan the 1 leg at this point.

Is there a facility in OTM not to replan the previous leg and let us change the service provider for the 2nd leg ?

We are using CU2 RU05.

As long as the Shipment is feasible and it is not in an "Executed" status, you should be able to make the Service Provider change.
