Rep Power: 1 | | | Clubbing of an Order with a consol pool Shipment Hi,
Does any one have idea, if the shipments coming at pool location(from other location) can be clubbed with the shipments starting from Pool location as Origin(Destination for these shipments could be same). I was trying to accomplish this through dynamic pool but scenario is not working out .
Could any one share their experience on this.
Regards

I have got some info on Dynamic pool, from this I could relate that my scenario would not work out through Dynamic pool, so I have to try something else for this scenario.
The info on dynamic pool could be obtained from 5.5 CU2 release notes which explain the purpose of dynamic pool building. |

Rep Power: 1 | | Re: Clubbing of an Order with a consol pool Shipment Hi All,
Could any one revert on this:
I want to achieve the clubbing of an order starting from the consol location to other orders arriving at consol location to a common destination.
Lets say Order A, Order B Start from Location L-1 have a consol Location L-2 and destination Location is L-3. There is another Order C, which starts from L-2 and has to reach L-3. The start time of First two orders from Order A,Order B and third Order C from consol Location is Same, I am not able to get these orders clubbed in a single shipment from L-2. And if I try to forcefully merge then system doesn't throw any error.
Please revert with the solution.
regards

What is the error message you are seeing when you are trying to move order c onto the existing shipment starting from L-2. Let me know if you are using Capacity Usage / Limits in your solution.
Have you tried this by changing the date emphasis for order C as past or none.

Hi Ravi,
thanks for ur reply.
Shipments can be merged otherwise without an issue. Issue comes when you run bulk plan that time separate shipments get created.
I am using date emphasis value of Both. I am not using capacity planning either.

From the order releases create order moments and then select all the order moments and create shipments .
Order moment gets created for each leg in the itinerary.
For Order A we will have two order moments one from L1-L2 and another from L2 -L3.
For Order B also we will have two order moments one from L1-L2 and another from L2 -L3.
For order C we will have one order moment created from L2-L3 .
When you Select all the rder moments and bulk plan it mergers the ordermonts with same origin and destination
