We are unable to view shipment details and count in the finalized shipment part of the "commit usage count"

Any help / advice......

there are a few public agents that need to activated and also understood that the solver works only on a 64 bit server and not on a 32 bt server ...

The steps req are as follows;

1. Create Capacity Comitment. This is lane specific.
2. select the capcity grp id in the RO
3. select the track capacity use in RO
4. activate the agent UPDATE CAPACITY ALLOCATION. This currently listens to shipment -billback event , we tweaked it to shipment-created as we did not want to activate another agent Invoice -Post approval
5. create a new planning parameter with "plan shipments with carr commit" set as true.
6. bulk plan the shipments
7. view capacity commitment count usage ...

Also please note that commitment count does not restrict usage... as in, if the contract is 2, finalized can be 10.
