Cooperative Routing: unable to get cr routes after completing the whole cooperative r

I done the whole setup of Cooperative Routing and ran the Aggregation on Project and CR Solver on a CR Scenario. But the CR Solution is not showing me any CR Routes in the CR Solution and they havent generated under CR Route. I would like to know whether there is specific step I missed or not.

I am attaching the document which contain steps I followed.
