External Distance Engine configuration

After upgrading OTM55 on our development system, we can't seem to get bulk planning to find distances. We use PCMiler.

Tried Ask OTM About Distance And Time and selected PCMiler**** as a rate distance and it returns Distance Could Not Be Determined.
Please refine your query and try again.

It worked prior to the database migration/application upgrade. Any thoughts on where to start looking.

Re: External Distance Engine configuration

Well the first place I would be to check that your glog.properties file has the correct server URL. If that checks out, enable distance logging to capture the call in the glog.app.log from a test. If it was a new install and the properties weren’t migrated then this could be your problem. The next step would be from the app server to telnet over to the pcmiler server and port and manually test the parameters that were shown in your glog.app.log and see what returns.

Just contact Oracle Support thru Metalink; they will definitely be able to help you here.
