Multi-stops Sell Shipment

hi all
I am trying to create Multi-stops Sell Shipment but failed...

The purpose of doing so is to charge Customer as LSP, per city per day. Within a City, there are many drop points.

I have created:
Volume Break rates with min charge at Rate Record, min charge is $100
e.g.
0 – 10 CBM
($ per CBM)
11-25 CBM
($ per CBM)
26-40 CBM
($ per CBM)
>40CBM
($ per CBM)
255
230
185
165

I have 3 Orders from same Source DC, to 3 different outlets at same city.
I plan the Sell Shipment and get 3 Direct Shipments. I have wanted 1 Multi-stops sell shipment, I managed to get 1 Multi-stops Buy Shipment, using same Rate Offering, Itinerary.

My Itinerary is simple, a multi-stops with 1 leg. Optimise Equipment and Multi-stops into 1 Equipment.

Hi Siewlng,

a) Check for the Capacity of the Equipment and the orders you have created. Shipments planned might be exceeding your equipment capacity.

Even if 3 orders are from same customer, you need to create 3 sell shipments to keep track on status of each order delivery right ?

I am not sure if you can create a multi-stop sell shipment.

Instead, bills for each sell shipment within a city can be consolidated to present a single bill to the customer.

The objective of doing multi-stops Sell Shipment is to get Volume break cost for that City.
Equipment Capacity i set is unlimited.

I managed to get multi-stops Sell Shipment if I start my Order from Order Release New... instead of from Order Base. I have changed the planning parameter in Order Bundle.

Tthere should not be any problem in getting a multi stop sell shipment.
I didnt try your volume break for rating, but with a conventional base cost and stop off charges for each additional stop (exclude source and final destination from total stops when you intend to count the no. of stops), i was ablt to achieve multi stop sell shipment.

As far as my understanding goes, OTM calculates total distance for all possible lane combinations, in your case source (S) and three delivery locations (A,B,C). OTM will calculate total distance for each of these lane combinations SABC, SACB, SBAC, SBCA, SCAB & SCBA and also for sum of distances of SA, SB & SC. Whichever combination yields least distance, OTM will form that as shipment.

I have copied the Location for B, C. They are the same LAT and Long.

As for the planning parameter, I have changed ORDER RELEASE BUNDLING RULE SET, I removed all the rules and left with Order Bundle Time Window Rule only. Then I managed to plan multi-stops Sell Shipments from new Order Release (But not from Order Release with related Order Base).

It doesnt really matter how you generated the locations. Infact the two locations will have identical lat / long. so the distance when estimated fom your source location is going to one and the same.

I have not tried this scenario by modifying Order bundling rules. If you can specify which are the parameters, it wil be of some use to me.

Also, i was able to plan multi stop sell shipments for orders released from order base. i have attached the snapshot herewith.
