Hi,

I've just added a new mode profile of "VAN", which includes modes of TL and LTL. I'm now trying to plan an order and it is failing. Before I created this profile I was able to successfully plan the order if I chose a mode of TL or LTL. I've made the appropriate changes to the itinerary, so I don't think that is the problem.

I seem to remember that when one makes some mode / mode profile changes that some parameters (workflow parameters?) sometimes need to also be adjusted. Can anyone suggest where I need to specifically go in the parameters if this is truly a change that is needed?

Have u checked the Compatible Check box in the mode profile master?
