I have opened at TAR request 7263712.994 for this with Oracle.

When bulk planning multiple 3+ order releases that use a itinerary with multiple legs and the legs have back to back schedules OTM throws null pointer errors. It appears that OTM is releasing information from Cache before it should.

Is there a way to turn off caching in OTM so I can test to see if this resolves the issue?
