Operational Locations in Shipment Planning

All
I have a scenario where when planning a shipment the operational location is not populating in the parent location field. What has been setup is a location with a location role of AIRPORT. Then assigned a different location as the operational location in the routing tab. Then on the itinerary I checked the Use operational location on the leg.

When planning the shipment it does not assign. It also does not assign when I use the Shipment action Assign Operational Location. The action allows me to select the parent location but does not commit it. Any Ideas?
Thanks

Re: Operational Locations in Shipment Planning

Hi Sam, on the parent location where you have defined the operational location, try adding a primary leg service provider as applicable for both inbound and outbound for your operational location.

I seem to remember that the carrier selected on the shipment has to match what is defined on the operational location.

Let me know.
