Each week we have 4 orders going to location E from 4 locations see sequence below
A à C à B à D àE
We created 4 order templates for AàE and BàE and CàE and DàE
We want the multi stop shipment to be build as A à C à B à D àE, however the distance between C à E is smaller than the distance between B à E and OTM always plan this shipment as A à B à C à D àE due to the shorter miles in this route.
We do need to go in the sequence A à C à B à D àE due to business rules and I would like to hear if any one has a suggestion on how we can have OTM build these 4 orders in the pattern A à C à B à D àE everytime?
Now we have to re-sequence the stops or merge them all together and so forth and it would be nice if a Itinerary or shipment template could be used for this purpose.
We do need to build sell shipments too and these should be build in the same fashion.
Any suggestion would be great.
