Rail Car Order Release Failing

I am attempting to Bulk Plan rail car shipments of product and I continually get a failure. The following are the error messages from the system log:

2008-07-09 08:59:30.508 573027 Warning Planning No common rate engine result found for the set of TShipments on the leg opiton. [batch - 2]
2008-07-09 08:59:30.508 573027 Warning Planning No TShipments are created on leg GUEST.xxx since all leg options failed calculating costs. [batch - 2]
2008-07-09 08:59:30.508 573027 Warning Planning No feasible shipments created for Itinerary: GUEST.yyy-zzz. [batch - 2]

I have reviewed my Rate Record and Rate Offering and cannot see any issues. Any ideas as to what might be causing this?

Thanks for your help.

Re: Rail Car Order Release Failing

I finally got this order release to plan. On the initial failed attempts, I had the rate record dependent on the origin location as well as the destination location. To make it work, I removed the dependence of the rate on the origin and made it dependent only on the destination. For some reason, this one change allowed the order release to correctly plan.

Any ideas why this would be the case? I really need the rates to be dependent on both the origin and the destination as multiple plants will be delivering product to the same destination.

Thanks for your help.
