Hi,

We have not been able to get a land-ocean-land shipment to plan and when we review the log, the following message caught our attention and it appeared twice.

RateOfferingModeRule.check(): Mode rule failed for RO <TEST.OCEAN>. Offering mode of <VESSEL-CO> not compatible with shipment mode list of <[Lglog.ejb.transportmode.db.TransportModePK;@30ee89 35> [RMICallHandler-197]

Anyone has encountered something like this before? Trying to figure out what we might have set up wrong to cause this, thanks for your help!

Hopefully you've figured this issue out by now. We are experiencing similiar issue and was looking here for answers.

We're you able to get an answer? If so would you share your solution or what set up we need to look into yet to get to the bottom of this?

This kind of error occurs when the Transport Mode mentioned in the rate offering is not matching with the mode profile mentioned in the Itinerary Leg. Could you check at your end if Mode Vessel-Co was included in the Mode Profile mentioned in the itinerary leg.

Did u have the Voyage Schedule defined corectly (For voyage schedule we use the mode as Vessel CO for charter voyage we use the mode Vessel CH)

See to that you have mentioned the mode profiel in the itinerary as Vessel CO .
