hi,

I understand that the time window factor is not being satisfied when calendar is being added to the itinerary. check if you are passing any constraints in the calendar i.e., with respect to restricting work hours or marking some days in the week as off days.

if possible let me know details of calendar constraints and time window details of the order release if you are not able to resolve the issue.

Hi,

Can't you work with the calendar on the rate service?
If shipment has to be picked up outside office hours you can use that one.
For me it works, but I don't know if you other constraints.

Best regards,

Bob
