Hi,

When a shipment delayed event comes in, we want to recalculate the Estimated Service Time

I created an agent with Event as Shipment Status - Received and restricted it to Delayed, in actions selected RECALC STOP TIMES, and checked the REDRIVE check box, ginving a treshold of 1 min.

Then I entered a Delayed Event, it changed the Actual Arrival Time in the stop, but it is not updating the Estimated Arrival in the next stop of the same shipment, also not redriving the downstream shipments.

Is there something am doing wrong and another way to make this work?
