Has anyone used ACTION CHECKS to restrict carriers from being selected in the EDIT SERVICE PROVIDER AND COST action? We are looking for a way to restrict users from selecting carriers who do not have the correct safety rating. Some of these carriers may have been valid at one time and now are not. We can restrict the use of carriers with rates in the system but some of these carriers are tranactional carriers and work off of spot quotes.

I have set-up the following in ACTION CHECKS:

ACTION ID = CHANGE SERVPROV COST
ALLOW CONDITION = CARRIER CONFIRMED COMPLIANCE

Where CARRIER CONFIRMED COMPLIANCE has a saved query of the following:
CARRIER_SAFETY_RATING_CONFIRMEDselect c.servprov_gid from SERVPROV c where (c.do_conditional_accepts='Y')

There are 7 carriers in our system that meet this criteria but when a user goes to EDIT SERVICE PROVIDER AND COST the following error is encountered:

You cannot perform this action. The following record(s) failed the KING.CARRIER_CONFIRMED_COMPLIANCE check: [KING.516978030]

Does anyone have any suggestions?
