Rep Power: 2 | | | Restricting Service Providers Is there an easy way to prevent a service provider from being used? The case in point is that we have a service provider who's insurance has expired and we do not want any associates to use them. We have expired all the rates in the system but you can still manually select the carrier and assign them to a shipment. Is there a way to prevent that?
Thanks,
Chris |

Yes, we have made all the offering and records inactive. You can still manually assign these carriers to shipments.

Rep Power: 2 | | | Re: Restricting Service Providers One of the carriers that we can assign to shipments doesn't even have any rate offerings or records in the system. We deleted them out of the system. They are merely in as a SERV PROV. |
