Service Provider Disabling?

Hello,

We have a Service Provider say "A" and we need to disable in OTM moving forward. Currently, we have expired all rates and inactivated the rate offering, but this does not prevent a manual buy from being used.

We need to make sure, even the planners use "Manual Buy" it shouldn't pick up the Service provider.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

Thanks,
Vinoth

Re: Service Provider Disabling?

We found a way to disable and let the planning engine not to pick the Service provider, when we do bulk planning.

BUT, when we do "MANUAL" planning, even though we uncheck the "ACTIVE" Button on all the rate offering associated to the Service provider. And clear the rate cache.

Processs "Manual" :

Enter in Transport mode, Service provider, Estimated hours and Estimated cost on the Manual buy screen it passing the PLANNING.

But if we don't enter the Estimated Hours and Estimated Cost, the planning does failed and we acheive the deisire result.

Is thsi a bug or any body came across this?.... We don't want the user to plan "MANUAL" if the carrier's rate offering is disabled.

Please let me know if you need any clarification..

Thanks
Vinoth
