Hello :

We are confirming the Shipments when a shipment has departed by using the Actions > Add Shipment Event menus.

We are doing this by entering Shipment IDs one by one.

Is there are way, where we can enter multiple shipment IDs and add this event only once ?

Hi Jay,

You can configure an Agent (without any event and with event type as Shipment) with Action > Raise Event (select customised event). You may add this agent to the Actions Manager and include that Action id in the Actions of Shipment Search Result Screen set.

Whenever the user want to set Event status to group of shipments, he can select the shipments and go to actions > and run the agent created above.
