[SOLVED] Issue in Fuel surcharge

Hi,

I am getting an issue while workin on Fuel surcharge scenario.

I have posted all the steps i followed in attached document. Also this document have the screenshot of desired result......

Can some one explain what i am missing there?

Hi Rohit,

In your step 2 (rate factor rule), you need to mention either a rate offering or a rate record.

I have checked with that option even for the rate offering but its not working...

Also, these are not mandetory fields and as per webhelp we can define a global value of accessorials without defining either rate record or rate offering...

You need to associate it either as accessorial default in this rate factor rule (as mentioned by you) or rate offering/rate record.

In your attachment, this field was blank. Kindly check.

Thanks a lot for your help.

That option worked for me.
That means though these fields are not mandetory, user need to select at least defaut option.

Now results are fine.
