[SOLVED] Linking OTM to SMC Carrier Connect for Service Time?

Has anyone ever linked OTM to SMC Carrier Connect for determining the appropriate rate service for LTL carriers?

As far as I can recall, I believe the only thing you can link SMC Rateware to within OTM is to retrieve NMFC costs.

I confirmed with SMC that the only interface that has been developed by Oracle is to their RateWare Server for LTL rating and they have not created an interface to CarrierConnect™ COM for LTL service times.
