View 3D Load Config

Hi All,

Does anybody have configured the Load Configuration module in OTM. Here on my setup I configured the required objects, however when you select the shipment (Buy Shipment), and run action View Load Config from View action group; the View Load Config screen with black display comes up, while the Cortona Console displays line http://<otmserver>/GC3/glog.webserver.uic.misc.LoadingConfig3DServlet/1201723054099(127) : float expected.

I could find that a table called s_ship_unit_piece, this has some relation to. Does anybody had the chance to configure the right co-ordinates required in this table. For testing purpose I won't mind if somebody could give junk co-ordinates which would show a proper output on View Load Config screen.

Appreciate your help if anybody could share the right method to configure Load Configuration and view the right output in View Load Config action on Buy Shipment.

Thanks,
Suresh

Re: View 3D Load Config

Hi Suresh,
Did you manage to find how the details are getting populated into the S_SHIP_UNIT_PIECE table? I am stuck at the same step. If I manually insert the details into this table, View Load Config brings up with a 3D diagram. However when I build a shipment, the details are not geting populated into this table and hence I get the error : "The loading configuration of Shipment Equipment cannot be shown in 3D". If you can please share your findings, it will be very helpful.

Cheers
DD
