One of our carrier has stopped carrying a commodity (alcohol) in all except one lane. Our LTL rates are setup to use SMC for NMFC class 50 and all items are classified based on user defined commodities (not all correct). What is the quickest way to configure OTM to exclude a commodity from a LTL rate record/lane?

You could define a non-compatible Flex-Commod-Profile (linked to the specific user defined commodity) on the itinerary-leg (lane) or use the same on a Flex-commodity-based Rate-offering (rate).Hope this helps.
