We have a requirement as follows :-

We perform a RIQ call and we want to exclude certain carriers from being selected. Is there any option ?

Set up a Service Provider Profile excluding the carriers you don't want

I am using 5.5 CU4.

I've created a Service Provider Profile containing 3 Service Provider and I didn't check the Compatible checkbox.

Without a Service Provider Profile on the Location, I get rates from Service Providers FDT_9540_OTB, SWFD, WREN, & HJCS when running an RIQ.
When I add the Non-Compatible Service Provider Profile to 9540 (NO_SWFD_WREN_HJCS), I get zero rates (Warning - No Rate Offering Matched). The FDT_9540_OTB rates should have appeared when running the RIQ.

I've attached the Log file.

My conclusion is, the Compatibility checkbox for Service Provider Profiles must be checked for it to work.

It had been able to exclude carriers in 5.0...
