FSC Default Updating to Wrong Day
We have a situation where we are updating the FSC rate factor to a particular day and the system is then generating the accessorial default cost for the following day instead of the day indicated on the rate factor. Please see the attached info.

Has anyone seen this before?

Check the Rate Factor Rule, there might be "Offset Effective Date" and "Offset Expiration Date" set as 1 day.
