Question How to add an accessorial cost after the shipment gets rated?

Dear Pals,

Is there any way in OTM to add a specific accessorial charge after the shipment gets rated through "Assign Rate" action? I don't want to process the accessorial along with Rate Offering / Rate Record due to some specific reason. But want to process on the "Base Cost" once the shipment gets rated.

Requesting to respond asap, as it is urgents.

Regards,
Lakshman

Re: How to add an accessorial cost after the shipment gets rated?

For an individual shipment you would open up your shipment, and go to the financials tab, and add a "New Shipment Cost". If you want this cost to remain on the shipment should the costs get recalculated, you will need to check the cost fixed checkbox. If you don't check the cost fixed checkbox, you will lose this manual cost that you have added on any recalc shipment costs (on event entry for example).

I'm not sure if that is the scale of your question or not though. If you wanted to, you could probably do this through an agent as well, although I'm only guessing.
