Iinerary Leg Rate Service Profile.

We recently moved to a new instance and we are getting the following error in the logs when trying to create sell side shipments:

Rate Geo rate service Not Compatible because of Iinerary Leg Rate Service Profile.

We have confirmed that the Itineraries have no defined Rate Service Profile.

Any ideas on what else might be causing this error?

Hi Christopher,

Could you please tell whether there is a change only in the instance level or there are some new patches also applied.Could you please post the setup(including rate service) if the issue is still persisting.

1. Change is only in the instance level.
2. No new patches applied.
3. Set-up for itinerary, rate service and rate offering as attached.

Hi Christopher,

Could you please change the 'mode profile' under the 'compatibility' tab in your itinerary to 'LTL'
and give a try again.This is where i see a potential conflict between the mode in the rate offering and the itinerary.In case this does not help please post the planning logs.

We tried as you suggested and continued to get the same errors. We are getting results for some rates that are using the LTL mode so I don't believe this is an issue.

On the SELL side, we continually get results for LTL rates that are not using CZARLITE but can't get any results for those rates that are using CZARLITE.

We are getting all results on the BUY side for all types of rates.

Hi Chris,

Do you have valid base records in CZARLITE.The RIQ returns you any result?. From the above posted log it seems there is some issue related to the base rate.I would suggest checking the base rates and the connectivity between CZARLITE and OTM.

We have exactly the same message on a plain vanilla 5.5cu4 installation. Since the buy shipments do get created correctly, I agree that this is probably not an issue, although any unresolved error message really bugs me.
