Does anyone know if OTM can handle rating an order that has two seperate line items with different FAKs? From what I can see, OTM will rate all the items on the order to the same FAK.

If OTM can handle, can you please explain the set-up?

Are you using some external rating engine (czarlte etc.) for FAK based rating?

Yes, OTM can handle rating an order that has two seperate line items with different FAKs - Make sure rate record has multiple rate cost basis for each FAK(NMFC) class

That mean define the Rate basis as "Ship Unit Line Item NMFC Class" and define the rate cost per ship unit. In the Rate Offering define low and high NMFC as per the NMFC defined for each line item used in the Order.
