OTM BID Invitation Feature under Procurement

Hi OTM Gurus,

I am working on sending bid invitation (Procurement) to various carriers through email via 'Send bid invitation' action from bid round page of OTM.

Are there any simple steps to successfully be able to setup this feature ? Any documents on this feature which may help me set up this?
