Hi,

I am currently working on OTM procurement module and I am facing below issues:-
1) Build Rate action is not working.
2) At per the help guide the action populates OTM rate tables within the procurement database. Can we get
the details of this table?
3) In each bid system automatically calculates Computed Cost for a bid based on which Solution will select bid for a Bid
Round. In our case system is taking flat cost entered in bid as Computed Cost
and is not considering Variable Cost.
4) Help option and User guide does not talk about the concept of Computed Cost, Overriding Minimum Cost, Overriding
Maximum Cost, Minimum Percentage of Loads and Maximum Percentage of Loads and
how computed cost is calculated. Please suggest some document on these
concepts.
