Does anyone have experience using PTV World Map?

We do most of our business in the EU and use Rateware for the rating engine as well as PC Miler and PTV Map and Guide. For EU rates, this works fine but now we need to do the same for Asia (mostly Japan) and some South America as well. We have looked into PTV World Map and once we get the trial we will test it out.

I was wondering if anyone has any feedback on using PTV World Map? Can you tell me the level of detail that can be used in WM? Does it provide accurate distance calculations?
